If you know me, you know I’m a breakfast person.
I absolutely love breakfast foods (pancakes, waffles, eggs, omelettes, cereal, etc.) but I’ve also just learned over the years that my body really needs to have a decent meal at the start of the day to function well. If I don’t eat breakfast I tend to get very tired, irritated, and foggy-brained by the late morning.
So if that’s sounding like you, maybe adding in a small breakfast will help with your energy and focus (and from getting those intense cravings later in the day). In saying that, we’re all a little different so that’s okay if you don’t enjoy a big meal at the start of the day, listen to your body and eat accordingly!
